Photography Tips Guide

Maybe amateurs know this too……..HOW do you make pictures like this???

If I was to duplicate a background and floor like that in my house. Is it just white cloth photoshopped or what exactly is done to make the picture come out like that? I’m asking for doing it with people.
If you can list equipment, etc needed for that and technique that would be great.
