Curious how most got going. List what your primary type of income photography is (Ie. Weddings, concerts, stock, product, etc), and what your path was to the day you then got a steady stream of paid business.
Thank you very much. I know each answer will be different, but trying to assess the common characteristics of each.

My photographer friend and I just got offered an ad deal for a new product. He would take the pics and I would model, and the images would be used in magazines, promotional stuff and even go to the USA. Neither of us have a clue about what to expect as it is a first paid gig for both of us. I know it depends on the product, but how much should we expect to be paid? And how should we be paid? How does it generally work? Thanks!

Maybe just one or two evenings a week,for sculpture or photographs, just for the experience…and beer money!
