If You Had To Chose 5 Photographs That Represent Your Life From Birth Until Today What Would They Be?

I do not have any pictures of me as a baby. But since I am very much here now is proof enough I was a baby once. That settled, I’ll choose the following in chronological order–
1. My first childhood picture taken in a studio with my family in full force, because my uncle in a foreign land demanded it of us. Very innocent.
2. My picture in school uniform as a teenager, clicked by an indulgent relative, wherein I am this thin shy gawky adolescent with well-oiled two plaits. Very prim & neat.

I Can’t Remember The Name Of A Book Of Photographs Of Everday Soviet Life.?

I once saw a book in a library, full of photographs of a Soviet city, I believe it was Moscow. The introduction said something like, on this day in 1989 dozens of Western journalists were allowed into Moscow and took the following photographs. Anyways, I remember the book was full of photographs of Soviet life during that one day in the late eighties. Does anyone know the name of this book?
