Long story short, my photographer has now canceled on me TWICE for my engagement sitting. My wedding is 4 months away. I just don’t feel he is professional and I cannot stand him. I don’t want him at my wedding and I don’t want to deal with him. Of course, I signed a contract stating that I “agree to accept no refund for the products or services..” blah blah blah. Who would think they would have problems like this with their photographer. I need to call him today and want to be professional about it and kindly tell him I no longer want to work with him, please give me my money back or else I will take you to small claims court. But then again, I’m afraid that won’t work and I’ll have to have this horrible photographer at my wedding that takes BAD pictures cause he doesn’t like me and I don’t like him… I could really use some advice on this one. I’m at a loss for words…. PLEASE HELP.

I used to have a 35mm photography hobby and am now officially comming back to photography, digital this time. Can anyone please recommend book for digital photography, that include mostly tips and techniques, instead of photoshop that I have a lot of resources for already!
Any advice is highly valued! Especially those comming from professionals! Thank you

I am doing a photography essay on the history of photography, and need some info on advancements in digital photography and its effects on the photographic industry, but I can only use one internet source, however this counts as contact with a person etc etc, if anyone has someone useful info it would be a great help!!!
