I am just wondering, when you go to a portrait studio, which one do you go to and why?
Is it all about the products? (Digital or film) or the photographer? The price? The poses and props? What stands out?
Now obviously the studio managers in the big chains (like Sears, WalMart, etc) cant change major things like prices per sheet and what not, but what things would make you come in more often?

My boyfriend and I are having our one year anniversary soon, and in an effort to do something special and customized, I wanted to have some romantic pictures taken that I could frame as a gift. I can’t seem to find photographers that I could hire for this, as they all seem to do either weddings/ product/ commercial projects. I tried to go onto a Model/photographer website to ask this question, but I need to upload photos ect. Any ideas where I could find a photographer/studio where i could have this done?? btw I live right outside of Philadelphia.

It’s an industry book that you can buy at any bookstore usually it’s behind the counter, but they do have a website.
